Hijab is beautiful

Indonesia diversity was one the platform for Indonesian designer to present their collection at New York fashion week. Thursday 7 of September the hijab have taken centre stage runway hoping to change prejudice in the western countries. Dian Pelangi 26, she was one of five designers who presented collections at the show in Chelsea NY. During the interview she said that she want to show the world that a woman can be beautiful and stylish with Hijab on, and I can only agree with her. Pelangi elegant collection was a riot of colorful Indonesian material ,print and tie dye covering women from head to toe in full skirts ,wide pants ,loosing fitting jackets and rich brocade . Model covered their hair with scarfs wrapped over and under head pieces inspired by the style of medioeval Europe . Diversity is a trend this season , model of all sizes and colors are more prominent to make fashion more individual.
